毎月のサイン Monthly Sign
国費奨学金を受給するためには、在籍確認のサインを毎月行う必要があります。
サインは所属の学部の学務室で行ってください。
（日本語予備教育期間の学生は、ＩＳＤでサインを行ってください。）
You must sign the list of enrolled students at your faculty office every month.
(Students in the Japanese Preparatory Education should sign at the ISD.)
次のいずれかに該当する場合、奨学金は支給されません。支給後に違反が判明した場合は、奨学金を返還していただきます。
①毎月の締切日までに在籍確認のサインをしなかった場合
②日本政府(文部科学省)の募集条件、誓約事項に違反した場合
You will not receive the scholarship, if you are in any of the following situations. After you receive your scholarship, it is discovered that you have violated the rules in the past, you must return your scholarship.
①If you do not sign by the monthly deadline,
②If you violate the application conditions or pledge of MEXT.
アルバイト Part-time job
国費留学生がアルバイトをすることは可能です。ISDへの届出は不要ですが、所属の学部の事務室で必要な届出があるかどうか、確認しましょう。
※ただし、日本語・日本文化研修留学生、日本語予備教育生には、原則としてアルバイトを認めていません。
MEXT scholars are permitted to work part-time. No notification to ISD is required, but please check with your faculty office to see if any notifications are required there.
*However, Japanese Studies Students and Students in the Japanese Preparatory Education are not permitted to work part-time.
アルバイトをするためには、出入国在留管理局に対して事前に資格外活動の申請をして許可を得ましょう。
To work part-time, you must apply for permission to engage in activities outside the scope of your visa status with the Immigration Bureau in advance and obtain approval.
