国費留学生のみなさんには、居住地最寄りの国際空港から大学の最寄りの国際空港（成田空港もしくは羽田空港）までの下級航空券が支給されます。国費奨学金の採用が決まったのち、留学生課もしくは旅行会社から、具体的な航空券の手配について連絡があります。
自分で航空券を手配しないようにしてください。
MEXT Scholarship students will be provided with an economy class air ticket from the international airport nearest your place of residence to the international airport nearest Chiba university (Narita Airport or Haneda Airport). After your acceptance is finalized, the International Student Division (ISD) or the travel agency will contact you regarding specific arrangements for your airline ticket.
Please don‘t purchase your own airline ticket.
原則、以下の期間に渡日してもらうことになりますが、やむを得ず以下の期間に渡日できない事情がある場合は、留学生課にご相談ください。
In principle, you will be required to come to Japan during the following period. However, if you are unable to arrive within this period due to unavoidable circumstances, please consult with the ISD.

渡日航空券は日本到着後、最初のガイダンスで回収します。
絶対に破棄せず、最初のガイダンスで留学生課のスタッフにお渡しください。
万が一失くしてしまった場合に備え、航空券の写真を撮っておくことをおすすめします。
Your flight ticket to Japan will be collected during the initial orientation upon arrival in Japan.
Do not discard it; please hand it to the ISD staff.
In case you lose your ticket, we recommend taking a photo of it.
