以下のものを準備してください。

パスポート Passport
パスポートの有効期限を確認してください。
渡日までに有効期限が切れてしまう人は、至急更新しましょう。
Please check the expiration date of your passport.
If your passport will expire before your trip to Japan, renew it immediately.
査証（ビザ）Visa
渡日までに、あなたの国にある在外公館で、「留学」という査証（ビザ）を取得してください。
「留学」以外の査証（ビザ）で日本に入国した場合、奨学金を受給できません。
Before traveling to Japan, please obtain a “student” visa at the Japanese embassy or consulate in your country.
If you enter Japan on a visa other than a “student” visa, you will not be eligible to receive a scholarship.
申請に必要な書類は、在外公館にお問い合わせください。
一般的に必要とされている書類は下記のとおりです。
Please contact the Japanese embassy or consulate regarding the documents required for application.
The documents generally required are as follows.
パスポート Passport
在外公館指定の申請書 Application form designated by the embassy or consulate
国費奨学金留学生であることを証明する書類 Letter of Acceptance for MEXT Scholarship Student
※３．については以下のとおり；
*Regarding 3., the details are as follows:
（ⅰ）大学推薦の学生 University recommendatioin students
千葉大学からの入学許可証を持参してください。（大学から発行され次第、お送りいたします。）
Please bring the “Letter of Acceptance” issued by Chiba University. (We will send it to you as soon as it is issued.)
（ⅱ）大使館推薦の学生 Embassy recommendation students
大使館等から送付された、あなたの個別受入通知書を持参してください。
Please bring the “Acceptance of MEXT Scholarship Student” which were sent to you from the embassy.
⚠️ 重要 Important Note
在外公館にて申請する際は、必ず自身が「国費留学生」であることを職員に伝えてください。
When applying at the embassy or consulate, be sure to inform the staff that you are a MEXT Scholarship student.
