国費奨学金を受け取るには、ゆうちょ口座の開設が必要になります。（詳細は「国費留学生としての手続き」を確認）
口座開設には、2週間～1か月程度かかります。
To receive a MEXT scholarship, you must open a Japan Post Bank (Yucho Bank) account. (For details, see “Procedures for MEXT Scholars”) Opening an account takes approximately two weeks to one month.
最初の奨学金の振り込み予定日は以下のとおりです。

４月入学の者 Students enrolling in April
５月中旬（５月下旬に２回目の奨学金が支給されます。）
Mid-May (The second scholarship payment will be issued in late May.)
１０月入学の者 Students enrolling in October
１１月中旬 （１１月下旬に２回目の奨学金が支給されます。）
Mid-November (The second scholarship payment will be issued in late November.)
