１．渡日航空券の提出 Submission of Air Ticket to Japan
渡日航空券の半券を、各キャンパスのISDスタッフに提出してください。
紛失してしまった場合は、速やかにご連絡ください。
Please submit the ticket stub of your air ticket to Japan to the ISD staff at your respective campus.
If you have lost it, please contact us immediately.
２．委任状提出 Submission of Letter of Attorney
毎月の奨学金は「日本学生支援機構（JASSO）」から支給されます。渡日後に、JASSOへの委任状の様式をお渡ししますので、署名をした上で、各キャンパスのISDスタッフに提出してください。
Your monthly scholarship is provided by the Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO). After arriving in Japan, you will be given the JASSO Letter of Attorney form. Please sign it and submit it to the ISD staff at your campus.
３．ゆうちょ口座開設 Opening a Japan Post Bank (Yucho Bank) Account
（区役所での住民登録完了後に行ってください。）
国費奨学金を受け取るためにはゆうちょ銀行の口座が必要です。口座開設はご自分の携帯からアプリをダウンロードして行っていただきます。
※携帯の種類によってはアプリをダウンロードできないことがあります。その場合には、スマートフォンをお貸ししますので、各キャンパスのISDスタッフまでご連絡ください。
(Please do this after completing your resident registration at the ward office.)
You need a Yucho Bank account to receive your government scholarship. You will open the account by downloading the app onto your own mobile phone.
*Depending on your phone model, you may not be able to download the app. In that case, we will lend you a smartphone so please contact the ISD staff at your campus.

在留カード（裏面に住所が記載されているもの）

自分の氏名のカナカナ表記がわかるもの

約２週間以内に、審査結果がメールで通知されます。
Within approximately two weeks, you will be notified of the screening results by email.
審査が通った Screening Approved
審査が通った人は、キャッシュカードが郵便で送られてきます。簡易書留郵便で送られてくるので、配達員から対面で受け取る必要があります。不在の際は、不在通知がポストに入っているため、インターネットから再配達の申請をしてください。
キャッシュカードを受け取った人は、各キャンパスのISDまでお持ちください。
Those whose screening is approved will receive their cash card by mail. It will be sent via registered mail, so you must receive it in person from the delivery person. If you are not home, a delivery notice will be placed in your mailbox. Please request redelivery online.
Those who receive their cash card should bring it to the ISD at your campus.
審査が通らなかった Application Rejected
審査に通らなかった人は、ゆうちょ銀行の窓口にて、再度口座開設の手続きをします。
窓口での開設には事前予約が必要となります。ISDからゆうちょ銀行に予約をするので、各キャンパスのISDスタッフまでご連絡ください。
Those whose applications are rejected must reapply for an account at a Yucho Bank branch counter.
A prior appointment is required for counter applications. ISD will make the appointment with Yucho Bank, so please contact the ISD staff at your campus.
